ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-5days to process your order. Expect an email within 7days to let you know your order is on the way. During peak times you may see a banner at the top of our website outlining TAT (turnaround times) if they are expected to be longer than outlined above.

Orders can be picked up Monday - Friday, from 9.00am-4.00pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 2-4days using Aramex Nationwide. Flat rate fee of $8.50 for orders $79.99 and under. Free shipping for orders $80.00 and over.
The exception to this is Laptop sleeves, Phone cases, Tumblers, Mugs, Can-shaped Glass, Zip Hoodie, Unisex Sweatshirt, Unisex Hoodie, Unisex T-Shirt, Cork Coaster, Hardcover book, Sherpa Blanket, Phone Cases, Magnets, Dad Hats, Crop tops. We are outsourcing the production for these while we are in the growth stage of business. Pricing for shipping will show when you get to checkout. We understand this can be frustrating. We are making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
International shipping is with NZ Post. Flat rate fee of $40.00 for orders 149.99 and under. Free shipping for orders $150.00 and over. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Salt and Suga Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@saltandsuga.nz with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
